2021 Pinot Gris

A fun and slightly decadent version of Pinot Gris, reminding us of life’s little indulgent pleasures!  Allow yourself to be teased by the aromas of Fuzzy Peach slices, Amaretto biscotti and vanilla wafers, grounded by the comforting scents of baked pears and apple sauce…. almost like poached pears over vanilla ice cream.  A lively attack on the palate, there is a soft elegance to the wine, boasting flavours of stone fruits and fresh pear, perfumed with hints of orchard blossom, leading into a long crisp finish.  A classic Pinot Gris – fun and friendly!
