2020 Riesling

Our 2020 Riesling is alive with tropical and fruity aromas of lime blossom, ambrosia apples, and stone fruit nectar, delicately perfumed with notes of honeysuckle and the air of a fresh meadow, with a wet gravel-like minerality.  On the palate there is a punch of limey acidity cleverly disguised with the juiciness of fresh cut pineapple and granny smith apples, evolving into a mouthwatering oceanside brininess, inducing salivation.  This classic Riesling also exhibits full and round texture with a long mineral-like finish.

This is an ideal wine for white fish, scallops and prawns.  Crab cakes and fresh ceviche are also delicious choices.  Try something a little bit different with Korean pancakes!
