2017 Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Chardonnay

The 2017 Blanc de Blanc boasts fresh light aromas of tart green apple, young pear and key lime, followed by toasty buttery notes reminiscent of fresh baked croissants and brioche, with a faint underlying hint of winter forest.  The rising streams of tiny bubbles are a telltale sign of a delicate palate and soft fine mousse.  The finish is quite dry with a refreshing bright acidity.
