The 2018 Rosé is a light pink colour.
The aromatics are awash with strawberry, raspberry and licorice notes.
The palate is long and tasty, filled with strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate and blood orange. The finish on the wine is delightful; full of cooked strawberry and raspberry compote.
Destemmed and crushed to press with 18 hours of skin contact, then pressed off and fermented like a white wine.
We use a neutral yeast strain to ferment the Rosé, adding nothing - just preserving the natural Pinot Noir flavours.
